RSS Staffing is seeking experienced candidates for 1st and 2nd Shift Case Pick Coordinator in Obetz. 

Hours: Mon-Fri 6: 45am-3: 15pm OR
Mon-Fri 5: 15pm,-1: 45am

Pay: $14.00-$14.50 an hour

Under supervision from a supervisor or manager, this position is responsible for conducting cycle counts and audits, assisting in researching and reconciling case discrepancies and assisting the Inventory Control team in any inventory related audits. Personnel in this role will have varying degrees of customer contact.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

-Motivate Team Members to accomplish Safety, Quality, and Productivity goals set by Ryder.
-Covering lunches/breaks and reporting any issues to Supervisors.
-Training small groups of Team Members in the Case Pick Department.
-Provide floor support to operation supervisors and hourly associates, assist with resolving operational issues in timely manner so not hinder production. Reporting any issues to the Shift Supervisor in a timely manner.
-Prepare case pick orders for the team, resolve any discrepancies with the orders, and track the orders as they are distributed out to the team.
-Picking product and case pick as needed.
-Maintain the Inventory Health & Housekeeping in the case pick area.
-Other duties as required or assigned by management.
Minor Duties and Responsibilities
-Cycle count locations, this position will partner with the Inventory Control Team to determine how locations need to be audited when necessary.
-Process damage product and deliver to the damage area.
-Employee will be required to operate equipment and may be required to be equipment certified
-Perform inventory adjustments to locations as needed.
Position Requirements
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
-Minimum of one year of related warehouse and/or powered industrial lift experience required, Walkie Rider.
-Ability to read, do basic mathematics, understand and respond to written and verbal instructions in English for the purposes of safety, work instructions, policies, etc.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, walk in high traffic areas, ability to move through the WH up to TBD/daily.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Work overtime as assigned.
-The ability to input data into various WMS computer systems.
-Ability to recognize and read location codes, date codes and product codes.
